Our Story 

Teddy Jackson, Founder and Project Manager of TRJ Works LLC, has been serving Illinois with painting and renovation expertise since 1980. Teddy recently retired from the Department of Aviation at O’Hare International Airport, where he served as a Foreman painter, bringing a high level of institutional experience and precision to TRJ Works.

A 1992 graduate of Washburn Painting and Decorating Apprenticeship Trade School, Teddy brings decades of hands-on experience as Project Manager, Supervisor, and Foreman. His 33-year membership in Painter’s Union District Council 14 reflects his dedication to his trade and community. At TRJ Works, Teddy’s knowledge and integrity ensure every project is completed with exceptional quality and professionalism.
